1. Describe the trip you actually need

Open Navia and give it your departure point, destination and travel dates. Include the return date for a round trip and say how many people are travelling. Add an arrival deadline, preferred cabin or baggage needs if they matter.

“One adult from Berlin to Paris next Friday, back Sunday evening. Direct flights preferred, with a cabin bag.”

This is an example prompt, not a current fare or schedule. Replace the details with your own travel plans.

2. Review the live flight options

Navia searches current inventory and presents relevant options. Compare departure and arrival times, the exact airports, stops, journey duration and price. If you need a different result, refine the request in the conversation.

3. Read the fare details

The lowest displayed price may not include every extra you need. Review cabin and checked baggage, change and refund conditions, seat selection and other available options. A direct flight and a cheaper connecting flight can have very different practical costs.

4. Confirm your travellers

Select a saved traveller or enter the required passenger details. Names should match the documents used for travel. Check contact and company billing information where relevant. Saved profiles can reduce this work on future bookings.

5. Review the total and pay in Navia

Check the current total and available payment methods. Complete the payment inside the app and follow the booking status through to confirmation. A flight shortlist, a selected fare or an incomplete payment is not a confirmed reservation.

6. Keep the journey close

Use Navia to access trip information, invoices and flight tracking. On supported flights you can select automatic check-in as an optional add-on. If the journey is disrupted, contact in-app support to discuss available next steps.

A useful check before every booking

  • Correct traveller names and passenger count.
  • The intended dates, airports and local times.
  • Enough time for connections and ground travel.
  • Baggage, changes and refund rules that suit the trip.
  • The final total and selected extras.
  • A booking confirmation after payment.
